🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞🥞1. Every student in band is given 6 tickets to sell. They are responsible for those 6 tickets and, at a minimum, must sell those 6. (More is welcome!) If they don't sell the tickets, they must be returned to the directors. Please encourage your students to sell to families you know in the community, you may come yourselves, or consider asking teachers.
2. Pre-sold tickets cost $7.00. But you can also sell them to house-hold families of 4 or more for $25.00. If you do this, cut out four tickets and use that for the family. Then sell your remaining two tickets elsewhere. Students have been informed if they sell 6 individual tickets I expect $42.00, if you sell a family pass, you must sell the remaining two tickets and return me $39.00
3. Every student (unless they were sick) should have tickets now, these are their responsibility, if they are lost I can't just give them new ones due to them essentially being free admittance to someone if they're taken/stolen. Please remind your students to be responsible with the tickets as well as the money as they are essentially a currency themselves.
4. The breakfast itself is held from 8:00-12:00 in the CHS Commons on the morning of October 26th. Ticket money is expected to be returned by October 23rd, so I can purchase the items needed for the total number of tickets sold in pre-sale.

5. I have a need for volunteers to assist me at the breakfast, if you click this link below, called Pancake Breakfast Volunteers, you'd do me a great favor by signing yourself/your student for a volunteer time. Once I have my workers, I'll assign jobs as well.
