We lost our dad, Allen Fast, on December 12, 2025.He passed away surrounded by family.
Allen was known for his curious mind, quick wit, and the unique way he connected with people. He loved taking things apart to see how they worked (and sometimes almost putting them back together). He brought humor into every situation and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his parents Dennis (Chris) Fast and Linda Hanna; his brothers Don (Ellie) Fast and Frank (Ann) Fast; his children Tara (Travis) Dare, Tony Fast, and Troy (Sara) Fast; and his step-siblings George (Brenda) Hanna, Joe Hanna, and Cathie (Tim) Alt.
He also leaves behind grandchildren Trenton Fast, Kaden Moore, Carson Fast, Cameron Fast, Kai Dare, Kambri Dare, and Liam TenEyck.
Allen was preceded in death by his wife, Kellie Fast, his stepfather, George Hanna, and other loved ones who passed before him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 2, 2026, from 1–4 PM at the Hidden Glades Clubhouse, 1340 Post Dr., Belmont, MI.
We will remember Allen for his big personality, his stubborn strength, and the unforgettable mark he left on everyone who knew him.
