Warmly welcome to the final Sunday Jam of 2024!This Sunday we aim for a cosy jam edition! Let's dance and celebrate all our dance journeys this year and of course celebrate whatever else we want :D
The jam goes as normal with warm-up and then open jam, but after the warm-up there will be possibility to chat/snack/relax/give and find yourself some new items. Or just dance :)
What to bring, non optional and optional:
- yourself
- if you have some clothes or other stuff ready for a new home
- Oki-team will bring some tea and snack for all, and you are welcome to bring something too if you feel like it
This is a jam for all, no matter previous experience in contact improvisation.
Structure of the jam:
18.00: opening circle continued by a guided warm-up
18.45-ish: jam & celebration chill
20.55: closing circle
Safety:
When dancing contact improv we get to explore our physical boundaries of taking and giving weight, speed, endurance etc. as well as our emotional boundaries.
We encourage you to take good care of yourself and your boundaries and if needed, to communicate them with words. It is totally fine to end a dance without an explanation why if this doesn´t come naturally.
Please don´t hesitate to talk to the jam-responsible person if there is an issue or you have questions about the jam.
What to wear:
We recommend comfortable clothes for movement. Preferable t-shirt/ jumper and pants with full leg length. For safety, put aside jewelleries, watches etc when entering the jam.
Also clean clothes and no perfume is good for this occasion.

100 NOK by Vipps to OKI. Paypal and cash is also possible.
