We will be meeting on Wednesday 10th June from 10am to 12.30pm, at Kenfig Nature Reserve.

A great opportunity to share your business and chat with other like minded business owners.

This month our guest speaker will be Sam Hall.

Sam helps female solopreneurs find more time in their lives for them and for their businesses. For over twenty years Sam helped people change in her profession as a social worker. One of her strengths has always been time management.

In 2020 she fell in love with life coaching, using it to make changes in her own life. Since retiring from her job in 2025 she has trained as a life coach and combined her knowledge and abilities with her organisational skills. She is on a mission to help midlife women who gave up their 9-5 for more time freedom and found themselves with a 24/7 learn how to close the laptop.

When Sam is not helping other businesswomen manage their time, she can be found in the garden, with her head in a good book, or hiking in the Welsh countryside. Head over here to find out how she can help you.
