Join Nikon Ambassador, Kristi Odom, as she takes you on a journey around the world exploring wildlife and into the cosmic expanse beyond, not just learning about wildlife and wildspaces, but with expert tips on how to create impactful visuals that celebrate our planet and wildlife.
Photography is a tool to unlock the secret lives of creatures great and small from under the water's surface to the vast expanse of space overhead. From insects to sharks to the milky way, there are mysteries everywhere, with photography opportunities galore. In this lecture Kristi will go through techniques, from simple to advanced that will help you become a stronger photographer all while connecting deeper with nature. From basic settings to optimizing your cameras for wildlife photography, she will go through suggestions to help you create more stunning images of wildlife.

Nikon Ambassador, Kristi Odom is an award-winning photographer and filmmaker known for her work in wildlife photography, conservation, and storytelling. She combines her love for nature and her technical skills to capture images that connect emotionally with viewers and raise awareness about environmental issues. Kristi has received numerous accolades for her photography, including awards from organizations like Nature’s Best and National Geographic.
Informed by her experience as an associate fellow for the International League of Conservation Photographers and as a contributing photographer for National Geographic, Kristi explores the role of photography in environmental advocacy. She also frequently speaks at events and workshops, sharing her experiences and techniques with other photographers and wildlife enthusiasts.
