Celebrate the STEAM Stars of Tomorrow with AAUW GP! 🌟
Join us on September 20 at 4:30 PM at the beautiful Grosse Pointe Yacht Club for an inspiring evening of celebration, community, and connection.
We are delighted to introduce our Honorary Chair, Dr. Suja Sukumar. A 20-year veteran of Henry Ford Health and a published author, Dr. Sukumar is the author of When Mimi Went Missing, winner of the prestigious Anthony Award for Best Young Adult/Children’s Novel. Her remarkable dedication to both the sciences and the arts beautifully reflects our mission.
We will also proudly honor:
🏆 Scholarship recipients from Grosse Pointe North and Grosse Pointe South
🤖 Our all-girls Botmasterz robotics team
🎨 Winners of the “Listen to Women” art contest
Bring a friend and join us as we celebrate these exceptionally talented local students. Guests will enjoy hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages, and a cash bar.
