Celebrating the Power of Self-Love through Gratitude

You're invited to a tranquil evening at the beautiful Botanic Garden Historic Barns Park. We will celebrate self-love through gratitude as we gather as a community moving with gentility and mindfulness while cultivating a sense of Soul Stirring Serenity enhanced by Sacred Soundscapes guided by Crystal Woodward-Turner.

Together, we'll engage in a healing practice of introspection, reflection and peace propelling us towards self-mastery with grace and grit. This practice is designed to restore and invigorate the mind and body as we soulfully connect and move in the realm of our authentic purpose with clarity and compassion grounded in hope, resilience, faith, and self-love.

ALL levels are welcome. This is a FREE event. Light refreshments will be served. Please bring your mat, water, a towel and wear comfortable clothing. Hope to see you there!
