A gathering on Woman’s Day to explore and express what it means to be a woman. Through slow, intentional yoga, playful poetry , and dance, we create space for connection, creativity, and deep nourishment.
Through a gentle yoga flow gently connect with your body, relax the mind and allow yourself to explore your potentials.
In poetry, we use language as meditation—a way to listen. We will ask: How does it feel to be a woman? What are the pains and pleasures of having this body? We hear the answers that arise from within.
Through sensual, grounding dance, we awaken the feminine energy—moving with spirit and healing through rhythm, celebrating the wisdom and beauty of the woman's body.
We will close with a sharing circle, serving tea and a short talk on cyclical living.
An evening of softness, knowledge, and embodied celebration for women of all ages.
