Dear Beloved Friends and Parishioners,
As the leaves turn golden and the crisp autumn air settles in, we invite you to join us for a joyful celebration of our 68th Anniversary at Holy Virgin Mary & Shoghagat Armenian Church in the Jamjamian Cultural Hall! Mark your calendars for Sunday, December 8, 2024, immediately after Holy Badarak.
This year, our theme, “LET THERE BE LIGHT,” draws inspiration from Genesis and resonates deeply with the spirit of our Armenian heritage. Just as the changing seasons remind us of renewal and hope, our anniversary offers a beautiful opportunity to reflect on our shared journey and the light of faith that guides us.
We’ll come together for a delightful luncheon—just $30 per person—accompanied by a heartfelt program that honors our rich traditions and vibrant community. Let’s celebrate the bonds we’ve forged, the stories we share, and the blessings of our faith that continue to illuminate our lives.
In this spirit, we also invite you to support a bright new chapter for our sanctuary. As we embrace the theme of light, we’re gently calling on everyone who can to contribute toward upgrading our lighting. It’s a small but significant step to ensure that all can easily follow along in worship, making our sacred space even more inviting.
