History for all! As part of the Heart of The Heatons festival 2024, Supportability is opening the doors of Granville House on Sunday 3rd November to showcase the work of the Celebrating Supportability at 70 project so far.
Pop your head in, grab a brew and learn about 70 years’ worth of local disability history. Enjoy a heritage themed art exhibition completed by the people we support and look through 70 years of photographs from our archive, including fascinating black and white images from the 50’s and 60’s.
Supportability has been operating out of Granville House in Heaton Moor since 1953 and we’re excited to show our community what the last 70 years have looked like.
