About this Event

🍁 Celebrating Indigenous Peoples: Storytelling & Culture

Join us for a free afternoon of storytelling, culture, food, and community as we celebrate the richness of Indigenous cultures, histories, knowledge, and living traditions.

Featuring acclaimed Indigenous storyteller Kung Jaadee, this special community event offers an inspiring opportunity to experience Indigenous storytelling, traditional songs, cultural sharing, and meaningful conversations in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Through stories, music, and an interactive Q&A, participants will learn directly from Indigenous perspectives while exploring the importance of culture, identity, resilience, and community. Whether you are attending to deepen your understanding of Indigenous cultures or simply spend an inspiring afternoon with family and friends, everyone is welcome.

Participants will also enjoy refreshments prepared by an Indigenous catering provider, offering another meaningful way to experience Indigenous culture through food and hospitality.

Together, we hope to create a welcoming space where Indigenous and non-Indigenous community members can learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, and support reconciliation through listening, dialogue, and shared experiences.
