Join us for an evening of connection, storytelling, and shared wisdom within our herbal community. We invite you to join our Herbal Stories and Recipe Sharing Circle, a chance to bring forward your favourite herbal recipes, traditional preparations, or meaningful stories from practice or personal use.

Herbal Stories & Recipe Sharing Circle
Bring along a recipe, remedy, or herbal preparation that has meaning for you, whether it’s from clinical practice, family tradition, or your own kitchen experiments. Feel free to bring taste-testers along too! (Channy will be bringing her favourite Elderberry Elixr and Hawthorne Berry liquor recipe). Together, we’ll weave a herbal circle of shared knowledge in celebration of the wonderful plants we love and work with.

This is an opportunity to:

• Connect with fellow herbalists and plant-lovers in a relaxed and supportive space
• Celebrate Herbal Medicine Week with community and great chats
• Take home new ideas, recipes, and inspiration to nourish your practice and your pantry
