So this is an event to celebrate the inspiring story and life of Grahame Lawrence.

He was very clear that he didn’t want a funeral. This is not a funeral this is a celebration of his life, our life’s and our time spent together.

He has always been mesmerised and super inspired by all of us. As we have been with him. So plan is to gather and have a celebration of his existence. There will be a small stage at this venue where we are asking if anyone wants to do a little performance or dj set later in the night. Please liaise with Georgia (the beautiful rainbow) to let us know what kind of performance you are planning to do so we can make a schedule and provide equipment if needed.

There is gonna be an upstairs with a bar so we can chat and talk. But also a downstairs room with live music and whatever else anyone wants to contribute to the event.

I’m trying to get a collection of his best outfits over the years also as honestly at times he and Abbie were fashion gurus!

I don’t think we’re gonna do any speeches as it can get a bit funeralesque. Just want a gathering of people he loves and cared for so much. All in one place to send off the legend G.

I’m gonna print loads of pictures off and place them on the wall. I want people to write funny memories that they spent with G on the back of the photos at the event. Or a message to G or anything that feels right.

DRESS CODE… Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable in your own skin. I would love people to dress as extravagantly or as little as they like but dress in what you think would make G smile.
