Celebrating Families Moving Forward

Families Forward invites you to celebrate an exciting chapter in our story as we continue building a stronger future for families across our community. Following the 2023 merger of Bidwell Riverside and Hawthorn Hill, Families Forward has expanded our impact by bringing together trusted programs focused on housing stability, food security, family support, and early childhood education under one unified mission.

Join us for a special evening of connection, celebration, and community as we reflect on the incredible progress made over the past year. From providing emergency shelter and supportive housing to offering high-quality childcare and operating Iowa’s highest-serving food pantry, Families Forward is helping thousands of families move toward stability, independence, and hope every day.

Enjoy curated appetizers, cocktails, and meaningful conversation as we share stories, milestones, and highlights from across our programs. Together, we will recognize the families, volunteers, partners, and supporters who make this work possible and celebrate the collective impact we are creating throughout our community.
