🎉 HAWTHORNE IS THROWING A 70TH ANNIVERSARY PARTY—AND YOU (AND YOU'RE DOG) ARE INVITED! 🐶
For 70 years, Hawthorne Animal Hospital has had the privilege of caring for pets in this incredible community. Now it’s time to celebrate! 💙
Join us from on Saturday, October 17 from 11 AM–2 PM at The Dog House for our Celebrating 70 Years Community Celebration & Pet Party, with activities throughout the day for pet lovers and families. For everyone’s safety, dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, remain on a leash at all times, and be comfortable and friendly around people, crowds, and other dogs.
11 AM 🐩 PROFESSIONAL PET PICS: Get a professional picture with your fur baby on our fall backdrop courtesy of Dear Hart Photography.
12 PM 🎃 DOG COSTUME CONTEST: Dress up your pup to compete in one of three categories.
🏆 Cutest
🏆 Most Creative
🏆 Scariest
1 PM 🚔 K9 OFFICER DEMONSTRATIONS: Come see incredible K9 officers in action with demonstrations from the Litchfield Police Department and Madison County Sheriff’s Department.
We’ll also be joined throughout the celebration by some of the community partners who have supported Hawthorne and the work we do, including:
🔹 Royal Banks of Illinois
🚓 Litchfield PD, Glen Carbon PD, Alton PD, Macoupin County PD, Madison County PD, & Collinsville PD
❤️ SIUE Athletics
🏎️ Edwardsville Children's Museum
And come hungry! We’ll have vendors on site, including:
🥨 Philly Pretzel Factory
🐾 Petals & Paws
Whether you’ve been part of the Hawthorne family for decades or you’ve just discovered us, we would love to celebrate this milestone with you!
