Join us for yoga practices to help us settle into the darkness of winter and connect with our inner light & joy followed by a gorgeous, deeply relaxing gong bath to promote healing and deep ease.

Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, Rebecca Murray, will guide us through the yoga practice and BWY Yoga Teacher and gong practitioner, Kelly Signorini, will take us on the sound journey.
