About this Event
Description:
Celebrate Tu Bishvat—the Jewish New Year for Trees—at the Brandeis-Bardin Campus, home to generations of learning, growth, and community.
This year marks 50 years since Shlomo Bardin first gathered families to plant trees on this sacred land. We invite BCI and Camp Alonim alumni and their families to continue that legacy together.
What to Expect:
- Tree Planting (11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.) – Reconnect with the land and each other as we plant new life at Brandeis-Bardin.
- Lunch & Song Session (1:00–2:00 p.m.) – Enjoy a festive meal and spirited singing with Alonim friends old and new.
- Optional Hike (10:30–11:30 a.m.) – Start your day with a guided hike through the scenic hills.
- Family Activities & Kids’ Corner – Children can plant seeds and saplings, play gaga, and enjoy creative outdoor fun.
RSVP required. Space is limited.
