Celebrate the Seasons At Haven!
Join us at Haven for a transformative workshop series that celebrates the natural rhythms of the seasons, guiding you through a unique experience of self-care, mindfulness, and connection. In this immersive session, we will explore the powerful energies of each season, create personalized tea blends to nourish your body and soul, and engage in practices that ground and center your being. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, inner balance, or a deeper connection to nature, each workshop offers the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect, and honor the transformative power of the changing seasons.
Bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a desire to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
The yoga portion of the workshops can be adjusted for anyone needing mobility support.

Spring Equinox: Thursday, March 20th 6:30pm-8:30pm
Summer Solstice: Saturday, June 21st 10am-12pm
Autumn Equinox: Monday, September 22nd 6:30pm-8:30pm
Winter Solstice: Sunday, December 21st 2pm-4pm

You are invited to celebrate any season that resonates with you most or perhaps all of them resonate with you! There are two sign-up options; purchasing an individual workshop at a time for $44.44 or all 4 workshops for $111. Last day to sign up for the package of 4 ends March 19th. There are only 12 seats available so signing up beforehand is required, if you have any issues with registering please contact us.
Additional items to bring: a journal, something to write with, a yoga mat (we have mats if you don't own one), water, and your own mug.Get to know your host, Dani Rees! You might have seen her at the farm as one of our own creating beverages, sneaking off into the woods, or with the animals. Dani is a passionate reiki master and yoga instructor dedicated to supporting others on their journey to physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.Dani's life purpose is to help individuals reconnect with their true selves, whether it's for the first time or through a process of continual rediscovery. She provides the tools, guidance, and supportive space needed for others to embark on their own healing journey, empowering them to heal and transform from within.
