About Rachel Mansfield:

Rachel Mansfield is by no means a chef or professional fancy recipe creator, but that has been the key to growing her food content site over the last decade. Her community knows that if she can make something, so can you. She has been sharing recipes on her website since 2015. She loves to cook and appreciates a delicious home-cooked meal, but she is also not someone who cooks 7 days a week.

Rachel’s recipes are lots of sheet pan meals, one pot recipes, and skillet meals, and they don’t require fancy kitchen equipment or tools. Her dishes don’t take a lot of time, they only need a few ingredients, and they’re not supposed to be fancy date night meals (although they can be).

She is also the co-founder of a vc fund, grt sht ventures, where they invest in brands that are making our lives healthier in some way. Most recently, Rachel is the CEO and co-founder of cadootz – the next generation kid’s snacking platform.
