The menu is as lively as the setting—freshly baked bread zesty orange pastries and whipped fraiche set the tone before Eggs in Purgatory brings a slow-simmered punch of pomodoro ricotta and basil. The star of the show? La Carbonara twirled tableside from the Parmesan wheel with crispy guanciale pecorino and a peppery bite.
