Celebrate National Walking Day!
Join us for a weekly walk during the month of April.
Wednesdays April 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29 *Meet at 2 pm.
Meet at Norlo Park, the upper parking lot by Quincy Station.
Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend!
National Walking Day falls on the first Wednesday of April and invites individuals of all ages to get moving and boost their heart health.
Sponsored by the American Heart Association, this day serves as a reminder of the numerous health benefits associated with walking.
