National Pretzel Day, Sunday, April 26, at SKOL Brewing Company comes with cold beer, lively tables, and a menu that knows exactly what it’s doing. Set inside the historic 200 Peachtree, a short walk from Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Centennial Yards, the boisterous Nordic-themed brewpub has quickly made a name for itself with big flavors, a high-energy atmosphere, and a crowd that settles in. The menu pulls from Minnesota traditions, shaped by partner Drew Tull’s roots and carried through dishes that don’t hold back. Ellsworth Creamery cheese curds, smoked brisket poutine built on an 18-hour method, and the intentionally misspelled Jucy Lucy. Behind it all, a roster of nearly twenty house beers, from Northern Lights Lager to Space Wrangler Hazy IPA, keeps things moving. The Giant Soft Pretzel fits right into that lineup. Freshly baked, deeply golden, salted, served warm with house beer cheese and a house spicy mustard. It lands on the table and disappears quickly. Next door, the expansion into Valhalla Gaming Lounge is already taking shape, growing SKOL into a 30,000-square-foot extension with gaming, entertainment, and room to spread out. SKOL Brewing Company is located at 155 Carnegie Way NW, Atlanta, GA 30308, in the 200 Peachtree building- just four blocks from Mercedes-Benz Stadium. SKOL opens daily, Monday-Friday at 4 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday at noon. Parking is conveniently located across the street for $6.00 with restaurant validation.
