Celebrate National Poetry Month

We will pay homage to Poet Robert Heyden who grew up in Detroit's Historic Black Bottom Neighborhood and went on to become the Poet Laureate of the United States.He was the first African American to hold that office.

We will have a Poetry Cafe with an open mic session.
