5th Annual Celebrate Life Survivors 5K Run presented by Texas Oncology–Denton Cancer Center and benefiting Texas Oncology Foundation. All proceeds remain in the Denton community, supporting cancer patients and their families through assistance and survivorship programs. SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18

• $25.00 - Early-Bird Registration on or before September 27
• $35.00 - Registration after September 27
• $15.00 - Kids Registration (12 and under)
2) Survivor Celebration Lap - FREE Registration (if you would like an event t-shirt the cost is $5.00)
