2. BRING YOUR YOGA MATS. (We will have a few extra mats on hand for those who don't have them.)
3. Enjoy a complimentary wholesome vegetarian lunch following the event.
You can also try the gentle CHAIR YOGA to improve flexibility, strength & overall well-being.
Yoga is an exercise that strengthens both the mind and body. Join us to learn more about yoga with demonstrations, relaxation, breathing techniques, and more from a Certified Yoga Instructor.
The Beginner's Yoga session will be followed by SOUND BATHING by a Certified Trainer.
Originating in ancient India around 5,000 years ago, yoga is a spiritual discipline rooted in Hindu philosophy. The benefits of yoga are numerous. This gentle yoga class will teach you how to relax your body and quiet your mind.
