Celebrate Independence Day Weekend in Alpharetta
Alpharetta is bringing the community together for two nights of patriotic fun, live entertainment, and family-friendly celebrations as we honor America's 250th anniversary. Residents and visitors are invited to enjoy a spectacular drone show on July 3 and the City's annual fireworks display on July 4.

Kick off Independence Day weekend with an unforgettable evening of music, community, and celebration at Alpharetta City Center. Enjoy a high-energy outdoor concert featuring Party on the Moon, one of the Southeast's premier party bands.
As the sun sets, a patriotic drone show will illuminate the night sky with a dazzling display celebrating our nation's 250th anniversary.
Event Schedule
Concert: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Drone Show: 9:30 PM
Bring your family, friends, blankets, and lawn chairs and enjoy one of Alpharetta's favorite summer traditions.

Celebrate Independence Day under the stars with Alpharetta's annual fireworks display at Wills Park. Families are encouraged to arrive early, spread out a blanket, enjoy a picnic, and make lasting memories before the fireworks begin.
Fireworks Show
Fireworks Begin: 9:15 PM
In the event of a weather delay, the latest start time will be 10:40 PM.
Concessions
Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the following locations:
Wills Park Equestrian Center: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Wills Park Pool: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Grills, Fireworks & Drone Policy
For the safety of all attendees:
Consumer fireworks are prohibited.
Personal drone use is prohibited.
Charcoal grills are prohibited.
Small propane grills are permitted with an approved permit.
A limited number of propane grill permits are available and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. For permit information or questions, contact Lyndsey Macon at 678-297-6048.
Parking
The following parking areas will be open until capacity is reached:
Wacky World at Wills Park
Wills Park Recreation Center
Wills Park Equestrian Center
Alpharetta Community Center (175 Roswell Street)
Road Closures
Beginning at 4:00 PM, the following roads will be closed until the conclusion of the fireworks event:
Old Milton Parkway between Wills Road and State Route 9
Wills Road between Old Milton Parkway and State Route 9
Public safety personnel will be on-site to assist with traffic management and detours.
