I was inspired by a friend who shared her goals with me and asked for my support. Why don't we all do that? 🤯That's what gave me the idea for this FREE meet-up
As a place to start, here are 3 things I am always working on:

Whether you are already practicing one, all of them, or something else.. even if you are just starting out and want to learn more, let's support each other's growth goals!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled. I'll provide some structure to our time together -- some solo reflection and some visiting with others.
This time is reserved for YOU to focus on YOU! If there's interest in a family-based group, we can create that on a separate day.
A little about me.. I am new to the Emerald Coast, and I am looking for Friends who practice the same growth mindset that I do. I love beaching, boating, floating, cocktails, comedy, live music, and bunnies!
Also, I am a certified neuroscience-based happiness coach. I lead seekers on their introspective journey to meet their true and false selves, then help them define intention-based living.
