Celebrate Grandparents 2026

Grandparents and caregivers help shape families, neighborhoods, and generations. Join us for Celebrate Grandparents 2026, a welcoming community celebration presented by Holman Street Baptist Church in partnership with Community Health Choice.

Bring a grandparent, caregiver, family member, or neighbor for a morning of appreciation, connection, helpful resources, entertainment, and fellowship. The event is designed to honor the wisdom and legacy of older adults while bringing Houston families together.

What to Expect

• Community Health Choice Medicare information sessions

• Health and wellness resources, including selected screenings and education

• Live DJ music and family-friendly entertainment

• Community vendors and resource tables

• Raffle drawings, giveaways, and prizes

• Family activities

• Food and fellowship while supplies last
