Celebrate Earth Day with Nuestra Tierra

“Earth Day at La Mancha” is a vibrant celebration uniting the community of Las Cruces in appreciation of our remarkable natural treasures. Together, let's cherish and safeguard these resources for ourselves and generations to come. Through this event, we aim to ignite awareness about the vital significance of conservation and sustainability. We will be holding a volunteer cleanup, free breakfast burritos for those who attend and help out. This is a free event open to any and all interested in learning more about our work at La Mancha and the importance of wetland ecological restoration practices, as well as to engage in some hands-on restoration work.

To find La Mancha Wetlands Restoration Project: - Head west on US 70 W/W Picacho, turn left onto Fairacres Rd, follow the road, going under the bridge. Through Google Maps you can search for it.
