Sparkling wine is the ideal pairing with rich, flavorful food. So invest an hour with us to explore three French Sparkling Wines paired with decadent French cheeses. You'll learn a little about the wines, gather some tips on how to best pair them with a variety of foods; and discover what a difference the milk makes when creating cheese.

Our experts will select three French cheeses and pair them with three French Sparkling wines. You'll be guided through a tasting of the cheeses and wines in this one hour pairing class.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
