We will be here from 9 am to 3 pm, three hour time limit, no restrictions on gear, you decide how many sets you want to do to get to 250. There will be a $20 donation to the Quad City Strongman Coach Wilk Scholarship fund. More details to come, mark your calendars to help celebrate America's birthday!
