Celebrate 100 years of Pilates

This free community event invites participants to experience the benefits of Pilates through a guided 60-minute mat class led by certified Practitioners providing a fusion of Clinical, Contemporary, Classical and Fitness approaches. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or already familiar with the method, this welcoming session will help you connect with your body, improve mobility, and build core strength.

Pilates Day is an international celebration of the Pilates method and its positive impact on health and well-being. Come move, breathe, and learn in a supportive environment with others who share an interest in mindful movement.
