Ceilidh & Charity Night in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK

We are hosting a Ceilidh & Charity Night in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK on Saturday 1st February 2025!

Join us at Mac's (the old Mac's Pizzeria) for a fun-filled evening of dancing, music, and raising funds for a great cause. Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to enjoy live music from the fabulous 'Get Real' while supporting Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Doors will open at 7.30pm with live music starting at 9pm. Get Real will be providing the entertainment with both covers and ceilidh dances. There will be a small break for a raffle in the middle of the dancing. If you can't make the evening, but would like to donate a raffle prize, any help would be really appreciated.

Please spread the word and invite/share with your friends, family, and colleagues. We would love to see as many people there as possible as all proceeds from the event will go to Pancreatic Cancer UK. This cause is extremely underfunded, under-researched, and so very close to our hearts.

Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest common cancer. In the UK, pancreatic cancer receives just 3% of the total cancer research budget. As a result, it is still too difficult to diagnose and treat. More than half of people die within three months of diagnosis.
