This discounted registration is available through September 18th at capefeargamesilm.com. Folks who preregister must submit payment (via TopDeck.gg, online, or in-store) by September 18th to remain registered. Anyone registering after September 18th must pay through TopDeck.gg.
Format: Commander cEDH
Prize Support:
64 player prizing structure:
1st Place - $550 SC + Tropical Island (or $450 SC)
2nd-4th Place - $300 SC
5th-16th - $75 SC
$45 per players into the prize pool. $5 per player goes to judges and sanctioning.
Rules:
- This tournament has a 64-player cap.
- Up to 5 rounds of Swiss.
- Each round will be 80 minutes.
- When time in the round is called, the game will end after the active player finishes their turn. At the end of 15 minutes after time is called, the stack is cleared, and the game is declared a draw. This rule does not apply once we cut to top players.
- Wins are worth 5 points, draws are worth 1 point.
- After Swiss, there will be a cut to the top 16 players based on total points.
- This tournament will use the MTRa/IPGa guidelines developed by TopDeck and will follow Competitive REL standards.
- Pairings and turn order will be determined using Command Tower software.
- Refund requests required by 10/11.
