Cedar Rapids Elite Allstars is an audition-based dance team that performs and competes both locally and beyond the Cedar Rapids area.
This program is geared toward dancers in 6th–8th grade who are looking to elevate their training and gain a competitive advantage as they prepare for future high school dance teams. Our focus is on skill development and performance qualities that go beyond what is typically offered in a traditional studio setting. 🌟
Dancers planning to audition should arrive dressed in a plain black fitted tank or bra top, black dance shorts, and jazz shoes. Hair must be neatly secured in a slicked-back bun, with no jewelry permitted.
Prior to auditioning, families are encouraged to carefully evaluate the time and financial commitment required. This is a competitive team environment, and expectations reflect that level of dedication.
Rehearsals will take place at Prestige Dance Studio on BOTH days:
Monday, April 13, 2026 | 7:15-9:00 PM
Wednesday, April 15, 2026 | 7:15-9:00 PM
Tryouts are:
Friday, April 17, 2026 | 4:30-6:30 PM
Please plan to arrive ready to dance promptly at the scheduled start time on both days. ⚡️
Families will be notified via email by Monday, April 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM regarding placement on the 2026–2027 team.
