Meet representatives from a variety of organizations who are seeking helping hands for their causes. A list of participating organizations will be available prior to the event. The Cecil Serves Volunteer Fair is coordinated by Cecil County Department of Community Services in partnership with CCPL and funded by the CCHD’s Community Health Investment Grant Program.
