Whether attending solo, with a partner, or with friends, this class offers a welcoming introduction to sourdough baking.
Participants will learn how to make a loaf of sourdough from start to finish, along with how to care for and maintain a sourdough starter. The class also includes a favorite chocolate chip oatmeal cookie recipe with a maple vanilla glaze.
