Understand how to focus clients on creating a “life worth living”.
Describe the benefit of mindfulness-based interventions for the client and the therapist.
Develop awareness of the function of behavior and apply it to therapy to improve outcomes.
Understand how to create discrepancies with values, goals, and behaviors to move therapy forward.
Recognize the importance of dialectics, including the central dialectic of acceptance and change.
Describe how to create movement and flow in therapy using both acceptance-based and change based strategies.

you are finding to be effective, a self-care item, a planner, soft pants, tea, a resource, a
