Class Schedule:

  This CE course gives Colorado real estate agents practical strategies to meet HOA contract requirements, reduce legal risk, and stay current with recent consumer protection laws.
• 2:15 PM – 3:15 PM: Colorado HOAs – What Every Agent Should Know (1 Hour CE)
  Instructor: Jerie Schwab
  This course, which requires completion of Tackling New Challenges – HOA Update and Agent Best Practices (Course 1) and enrollment in the HOA Sales Expert Membership Program, certifies attendees as HOA Certified Specialists with advanced HOA knowledge, legal insights, and strategies for smooth closings to establish themselves as trusted HOA experts.
