Steph recently relocated to the Kansas City area from Iowa, where she spent 12 years in Des Moines. She has worked in the health insurance industry since 2012, with experience in health plan operations, community outreach, value-based care, business development, and sales management. For the past six years, she has been with United Healthcare Medicare Solutions and now serves as Regional Growth Director. In this role, she leads compliant sales practices and growth for AARP Medicare supplement plans across 14 states in the Upper Midwest and Northwest.
Attendees will gain a better understanding of important coverage-related considerations for individuals nearing age 65 or retirement and identify Medicare plan options that best fit their clients' needs. She will discuss milestones in Medicare, Medigap policies and their value. Steph will also present assistance for Medicare beneficiaries with limited income, Medicaid, and low income subsidy.
