CE Class: Rental Certification

This is a continuing education class for licensed Massachusetts real estate agents.

This Rental Certification class is a Mandatory Training if you want to work with tenants or landlords at KWBNW. This class provides a broad yet detailed look at many areas of rentals that an agent may encounter. Since real Estate licensees who work with landlords and tenants take on a higher level of liability, this course is designed as a roadmap to managing/reducing the risk associated with rentals.

INSTRUCTOR: Anita Hill

Anita Hill is the owner of Anita Hill Training & Seminars and has spent over 35 years establishing her credentials in the field of real estate with an emphasis on training and education. She creates and presents educational programs that are current, relevant, and innovative to a variety of organizations and companies throughout New England.

Massachusetts law requires 12 hours of continuing education within each two-year renewal period in topics approved by the board in order for the license to be active.
