Next year this will be at an All-Inclusive resort, the stunning Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana! We are carrying on the theme, Dancing on the Beaches of the World, in the beautiful Dominican Republic.
I will start accepting bookings March 11, 2024.

A VALID PASSPORT is MANDATORY. The form will ask for passport details, and will alert me if your passport is in need of renewal before this trip (it is your responsibility to have the correct documentation needed for travel). Your passport must be valid through July 20, 2025 to be considered valid.
You CAN book now if your passport will need to be renewed before the trip. There is still time to renew/apply.
The deposit for this trip is $250 per person and is NON-REFUNDABLE. This is not like a cruise. Steve and I had to sign a contract with strict terms and dates to secure this space.
Insurance links will be sent so you can protect your trip with insurance after making your deposit in the event you need to cancel/ have medical issues while traveling. CFAR will be an optional add-on (cancel for any reason).
Airfare is not yet available. We picked these dates in the hopes to align with the Frontier Charter out of Philadelphia. I am hoping to have these reduced flight prices released by April. You do not need to book the air through this. You can book air on your own, on the airline of your choice, from any airport you wish. Please alert me to what your plans for air are.
Roundtrip Transfers are included in the rate. If you book air on your own, I will need the flight details emailed to me to arrange for your included transfers.
ROOMS ARE DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, $2351.09 per person.
You CAN book a solo- but the rate is similar to double occupancy.
I CAN book triples in the group (3 people in 1 room), $2009,95 per person. That is the MAXIMUM. The rooms can NOT hold more than 3 people.
5 and 6 night packages are available upon request.
The rooms are all in the same category located closer to the beach. On your booking form, please indicate if you want the KING bed or the 2 Double Bed option. Both options cost the same, and have a sofa bed.
PRIVATE DANCING FUNCTIONS- these depend on how many rooms we sell. We can get (1) 3-hour private function included with 25 rooms booked- so I am anticipating this. If we want additional private functions, there would be an additional cost for this- so for now we are not requesting this.
I am taking a tour of this resort and meeting with the Groups Coordinator in May. I am requesting we be granted space to dance 2 other times- included. These would not be private functions- but getting others to join is half the fun I am told!
