Collier County Medical Society and the Foundation of CCMS are pleased to host the 16th Annual Women’s Health Forum – “Take Control of Your Health & Wellness”.
This free event, open to the public, features presentations from 20+ local physicians, vendor exhibits, and light refreshments. Please register online. A suggested $10 donation at the door benefits the Foundation of CCMS, which provides scholarships to future medical professionals and funding to local healthcare programs in need.
