CCMG Specialty Class: 6: Turkey Thyme! Grow your own herb collection!

“Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme!” We all know those familiar lyrics from the Simon and Garfunkel song but these are also some of the most popular culinary herbs. Come learn about different kinds of herbs, how and why to grow them, how and when to harvest them and take home your own collection of “Turkey Thyme” herbs for seasoning your next turkey dinner!

Please bring bring your own pot – 3 gallon size (approx. 10”-12” diameter), terra cotta, ceramic or plastic.

Please bring a notebook/pen/pencil for note taking and gloves and a small trowel.

Potting mix and herb plants will be provided.
