CCCPTA Financial Review Workshop & Swap

Please join us for our local units annual financial review. All units are invited to participate in this event. There are no seating limitations this year. Please bring 3 member, preferably at least one being the President, your 2025-2026 financial records and join us for this event for a smooth transition into the new year. Light breakfast and beverages will be provided and there will also be door prizes. Please RSVP at https://forms.gle/DhzrRnrgcNuh45pQ7 by July 15th so we can have enough time to match you with another school that is similar to your unit. Hope to see everyone there!
During this workshop, we will briefly go over how to perform the financial review and the goals of the review. CCCPTA officers will also be on hand to answer your audit-related questions.
If you are swapping with another PTA, you can be a signer on your own bank account as long as you aren't a signer on the account(s) being reviewed.
