CCC is proud to present our CCC15 Anniversary Concert! The concert features Joby Talbot’s powerful Path of Miracles and local composer Nicholas Piper with his Delight of Paradise, two beloved works that have inspired CCC singers and audience members alike over the years.Piper’s Delight of Paradise is an epic seven-movement choral cantata which is based on long-lost religious poetry known as the Odes of Solomon.
Talbot’s Path of Miracles, composed in 2005, focuses on the great pilgrimage to Santiago and is of additional meaning to the choir due to the fact that a number of singers have walked the “Camino” and inspired more to partake!
Featuring: CCC alumni and our founding Artistic Director, Dr. Sara Brooks.
