We will be reviewing the CC&R's for The Cove and reword the content to be more specific and encompassing for all.
This meeting is open to all Home Owners at the Cove. Your input is greatly needed to complete this task. The findings and suggestions will then be presented to the HOA Board for review and a final vote of all Home Owners will take place after that.
The meeting will take an hour. We will go through each section of the CC&R so it make take a few meetings before this task is completed.
We may also broadcast this over Zoom. If so I will update this event to including the link.
