• Operational Report for 2024–2025
• Approval of the 2024–2025 Compiled Financial Statement
• Appointment of External Auditor for the 2025–2026 Fiscal Year
• Election and approval of Board Directors
• Special resolutions (if any)
• Other business brought forward by members

Only active CCACH members are eligible to vote at the AGM.

• Building access: Use the elevator entrance through the door next to Maud Art Gallery and directly across from Delavoye Chocolate.
• Once inside, take the elevator to Suite 201D (Roth Schroder Professional Corporation).
