CBS August Meeting: Ted Persing + BYOT Workshop

Join the Columbus Bonsai Society for our August meeting, featuring a presentation by CBS member Ted Persing followed by a Bring Your Own Tree workshop.
Ted will share his early journey into bonsai—from his first introduction and beginning trees to his first public showing and his experiences at Longwood Gardens. He has documented this journey through a series of photographs that will soon be published by the American Bonsai Society.
During the BYOT workshop, members, non-members, and the general public are encouraged to bring a challenging, perplexing, or baffling tree. Experienced CBS members will work with you to help develop your tree, strengthen its artistic expression, and achieve your vision.
Please bring your tools and wire. Some tools and wire will be available.
Free and open to the public. No experience necessary.
Beginners, enthusiasts, and seasoned growers are all welcome.
