⏰ Please arrive 20 minutes before departure. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals.

🪪 Valid ID - REQUIRED as this is a R18 event

All tickets are non-refundable.

Due to limited capacity and vessel hire commitments, we are unable to offer refunds.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please email us with the new attendee’s full name and email address prior to the event so we can update the booking.

If you are unable to attend and do not plan to transfer your ticket, please let us know as soon as possible. This helps us manage capacity and waitlist requests.
